What is Trademark
A trade mark is a mark which can be represented graphically and which can distinguish the goods and services of its proprietor from those of others. Apart from the conventional trademarks, a symbol, sound, smell, colour, punch line, iconic jingles can also be a trade mark if it is capable of graphical representation.
What is Patent
A patent is an exclusive and sole right given to the inventor who used his / her idea to develop product or process with patentable subject matter, utility, novelty, non-obviousness and enablement.
The primary purpose of the patent is to prevent any person or organization from misusing the patented ideas or process. Patent registration also cover inventions such as methods or processes of manufacture patentable.


What is Copyright
The copyright registration means works literary, dramatic, musical, artistic works, fashion designs, paintings, cinematography films, sound recordings, and other works including computer software/computer programs, tables and compilations, including computer databases, photographs, and other electronically disseminated information, as well as sculptures and engraving. ‘Source Code’ and “Object Code” have also to be supplied along with the application for registration of copyright for software products.
